Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in-person
- Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and documentation
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and customer onboarding
- Ensure timely responses to customer questions and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and task tracking within our CRM
- Build lasting relationships and trust with every interaction
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient with office technology and task management tools
- Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health license a plus
Compensation:
$40,000 – $55,000/year (Base + Bonus Opportunities)
Compensation based on experience and performance.
